Four Drug Companies Turn Away from the first Opioid Trial by a last-minute Settlement.

The last-minute $260 million legal settlement on Monday came after the collapse of a $48 billion settlement on Friday.

A sixth defendant, Henry Schein Medical, announced Monday morning that it had reached a deal worth $1.25 million with the two  Ohio counties.
